Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

Effective immediately (July 9th, 2020) our new cancellation policy is No Refunds. This is for any camp or class that has been booked at any time. As a small business affected greatly by the pandemic and already having to down-size our camps, we just can not afford to keep giving full refunds, we will go out of business. We are happy to give store credit, minus a $50 admin fee (must be used within a year of date given).

 

There are fun things you can do on our website with your credit if you don't want to wait for another session of camps/classes. Check out our online store (under Shop), and look at our Family Fun Time page. You can come into the studio as a family (with an instructor) for 2 hours to do fun projects together.

We are happy to give store credit (must be used within one year of date given) or have you or your child join a future class.
