Studio Rental

The Art Beat, located in beautiful downtown Campbell, has a 450 square foot party room for rent. It is available for parties, yoga, dance and workout classes, birthdays and business events, etc. The room features a bright, open space with its own entrance, a mirrored wall, carpet, storage space for personal items as well as overhead storage for equipment.

Rates Apply as Follows:

1-4 hours: $35.00 per hour
5-7 hours: $28.00 per hour
8-15 hours: $20.00 per hour
16+ hours: $18.00 per hour
Renters will have access to a restroom, a music player as well as a sink. For an extra $40.00 per rental, a lounge area with kitchenette is available including microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator.
Also, we can provide large tables and plenty of chairs, all set up by our staff for a fee of $10.00 per table. Each table includes eight chairs. Tablecloths are available for $2.00 per table as well as balloons at $12 per dozen.
The Art Beat asks that no unlicensed alcohol be permitted on our premises, and that our renters clean up their own events. You are welcome to dispose / recycle your refuse on your own but if The Art Beat is responsible for trash disposal, a fee of $35 (up to 20 people) or $50 (21+ people) will be added to the final bill.
If an event should need a few extra hands, The Art Beat will also supply capable and friendly staff members at an hourly rate of $10 per staff member.
